Our story
Who we help and what we do
Team Frames Trade Ltd, trading as Team Frames Trade & Retail, works from Brickhouse Farm Trading Estate in South Godstone. There are three sides to the business, all run from the same premises: homeowners who want the whole job handled, trade customers who want us to install, and builders and installers who buy supply only and fit it themselves.
We specialise in UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, roofs and conservatories, with a particular depth in aluminium: including Spitfire doors and the S500 and S600 pivot ranges. Aluminium is where the detail matters most: sightlines, thresholds, hardware, glass specification and structural openings all have to be right on paper before anything is manufactured. That is the kind of work our team enjoys and the reason a lot of our trade customers come to us.
Between the ten of us there is more than 60 years' combined experience in the trade. That experience sits across the whole job, not just fitting: surveying, specifying, ordering, installing, making good and certifying. When you deal with us you deal with the same people from first phone call to final sign-off.
We work throughout Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and south London, from our base in South Godstone. The showroom and trade counter are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with ample parking, so you can see products in person before you commit to anything.
Mission and standards
How we work, and what we promise
Our aim is simple: every customer should know exactly what they are getting, what it costs and when it is happening, before any money changes hands. We survey properly, quote in writing for the whole job, and do not add extras afterwards for work we should have spotted at the survey.
Quality control starts at specification. We survey every opening ourselves rather than working from a customer's measurements, we specify glass and hardware to suit the property, and we manufacture to those surveyed sizes. Installation is carried out by our own fitters, who make good inside and out and leave the site clean.

Our process
What working with us looks like
Step 1
Free survey
We visit, measure and look at the existing openings, lintels, cills and reveals. The survey is free and carries no obligation.
Step 2
Specification and quotation
You get one clear written quotation covering frames, glass, hardware, fitting, making good and certification; no hidden extras added later.
Step 3
Manufacture
Your frames are made to the surveyed sizes in UPVC or aluminium, with your chosen colours, glazing specification and hardware finishes.
Step 4
Installation
Our own installers fit the job. The work area is sheeted up and protected, materials are kept tidy and debris is cleared away each day.
Step 5
Making good
All making good is completed internally and externally, so the finished opening looks right from both sides before we leave.
Step 6
Certification and aftercare
You receive a FENSA certificate for replacement glazing, full product care advice and a 10-year comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee.
