Where we supply products or carry out work for you, the written quotation and any order documentation we issue set out the specific terms of that contract. If anything in those documents differs from this page, those documents apply.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance. Product ranges, finishes and specifications change, and the details of any job depend on the survey. Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to contract.

All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Surveys are free and carry no obligation. A quotation is issued in writing following the survey and covers the work described in it. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and a contract is formed only when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm the order.

Prices assume the conditions found at survey. Where work reveals something that could not reasonably have been seen at survey, for example concealed structural defects or non-compliant existing openings, we will tell you before carrying out any additional work and agree the cost with you first.

Supply-only products are manufactured to the sizes and specification you provide or approve. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm those sizes and the specification before manufacture begins, because bespoke items made to your instructions cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

Our guarantees on supply-only products cover the product itself. They do not cover installation carried out by others.

Installations carried out by us are registered where required and are covered by a 10-year comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee. Guarantee cover applies to the products and workmanship described in the guarantee documentation issued on completion.

Guarantees do not cover accidental damage, misuse, damage caused by others, or failure caused by the condition of the surrounding structure where that was outside the scope of our work. Reasonable routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts, remains the owner's responsibility.

Payment terms are set out in the quotation and order documentation for your job. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Where a contract is concluded away from our premises, consumers have statutory cancellation rights and we will set these out in your order documentation. Please note that bespoke items manufactured to your specification are excluded from those cancellation rights once manufacture has begun, as permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in relation to any contract is limited to the value of the work carried out under it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
