Supply only is for customers who have their own fitters and simply want the right products, specified correctly and documented clearly before they are ordered.
Our trade counter is staffed by people with more than twenty years each in the industry, so the conversation is a technical one: what the opening will take, what the specification needs to be and where a detail is likely to cause your team difficulty.
Nothing is placed with the supplier until you have signed off the final documentation, because made-to-order products cannot be changed once they are in production.

We issue the final documentation for you to check and sign off; nothing goes to the supplier until you have.

Full payment on order
Supply-only orders are paid in full at the point of order.
Step 6
Order sent to supplier
Your order is placed with the supplier exactly as signed off.

Delivery or collection advised
We advise the delivery or collection date so you can plan your own fitting programme around it.

How does supply only differ from your trade installation service?
On supply only we quote and supply the products from your drawings and your own fitters install them. On trade work our own installation teams come to site and fit the products for you.
Where does Building Regulations responsibility sit on a supply-only order?
The products meet the relevant Building Regulations standards; notification remains the installer's responsibility.
What guarantee comes with supply-only products?
Supply-only products carry the manufacturer-backed guarantees for the products supplied. Our 10-year comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee applies to installations that we carry out.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Both. There is ample parking at our Godstone trade counter for collection, and we deliver on request.
Do I need drawings to get a quote?
Drawings or a schedule of sizes give the most accurate quotation. If you have neither, come to the counter and talk it through with us first.
When is payment taken?
Supply-only orders are paid in full at the point of order, after you have signed off the final documentation.
